'I'd always been a nervous flyer but recently it had descended into full on panic about it, I'd be in tears when taking off and it was awful. I was really sceptical about hypnotherapy and genuinely didn't know if it would work. I had an initial consultation and 2 sessions with Mary before a holiday and was able to fly the week later on my own.
